1. Return Eligibility

Timeframe: You may return any items purchased from Opulentdiamond within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the jewelry must be in new, unworn, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging, certificates, and tags. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage are not eligible for return.
Non-returnable Items: Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry is not eligible for return, unless it is defective or damaged upon receipt.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@opulentdiamond.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for return, and our team will guide you through the return process.
Return Authorization Number (RA#): After your return request is reviewed, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and send you detailed instructions on how to return the item. Returns without an RA# will not be accepted.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item or defect). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

3. Refund Process

Inspection of Returned Items: Once we receive the returned jewelry, we will inspect it to ensure it is in new, unworn condition with all original packaging and documentation. If the item meets these requirements, we will proceed with your refund.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error, such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product.

4. Exchanges

Exchanging an Item: If you wish to exchange an item for a different model, size, or style, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and the item must meet the return criteria.
Exchange Process: After we receive your returned item, we will send the new item and adjust the price difference if applicable. Shipping fees for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
Customized Items: Custom or personalized jewelry may not be exchanged unless it is defective.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

Inspection on Arrival: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Reporting Defects: Please include photos of the damaged or defective item when contacting us. We will assess the issue and guide you on the return or exchange process.

6. Refund and Return Restrictions

Non-returnable Items: Custom, personalized, or engraved items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged during delivery.
Gift Purchases: If you received jewelry as a gift, the return policy is the same as for regular purchases. However, the gift recipient will need to provide proof of purchase.
